A leading charity organization in Minehead is seeking an enthusiastic Military Veterans Charity Fundraiser/Account Manager. Responsibilities include gathering donations and recruiting supporters, with an emphasis on learning about the charity you'll be supporting. With a starting salary of £22,500 and the potential to earn OTE of £35,000+, this role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

• Must be outgoing and great at starting conversations.
• Must be honest, hard-working, and able to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Must have a right to work in the UK.
• Must have a full driver's licence and a car.

Responsibilities

• Ask the public for cash or contactless one-off donations on private sites.
• Recruit supporters for monthly donations where venues permit.
• Gather venues such as supermarkets and shopping centres for fundraising sessions.
• Learn to be compliant and excellent at face-to-face fundraising during induction.
• Develop knowledge about the charity to speak with passion and authority.
• Spend time in the field with your manager to feel confident and supported.
• Use all fundraising materials supplied to excel.
