A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a motivated individual to join their team at Hinchingbrooke Hospital. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to children and their families, oversee care programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must have a live NMC registration or be UK nursing students awaiting their PIN. Please note that we can only consider applications from individuals with a live NMC registration or UK nursing students awaiting their PIN, as we are currently unable to support OSCE.
Holly Ward is a 19-bedded ward comprising 6 en-suite cubicles, 3 four-bedded bays, and one HDU room. We serve children from 0-18 years, depending on their condition. The ward includes a busy day surgery area and takes up to 6 surgical patients daily. The Paediatric Assessment Unit admits up to 9 patients and is a referral point for GPs and other health professionals for admissions and assessments, as well as managing patients from the Emergency Department.
We offer development opportunities for team members to enhance their careers, skills, and knowledge. As part of this role, you will be expected to rotate to Amazon Ward at Peterborough City Hospital when needed.
