Welbeck Cambridge is seeking a PACS/Imaging Administrator to ensure rapid access to accurate diagnostic information. You will support imaging systems, triage user queries, and work with clinical teams to implement improvements while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a healthcare or clinical IT environment with imaging systems.
• Proactive and detail oriented with governance focus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for imaging system queries, incidents, and service requests, triaging and resolving issues to achieve first-time fixes.
• Provide first-line support for PACS, RIS, and associated imaging systems and equipment.
• Support the upload, download, and transfer of patient imaging across systems (e.g. PACS, IEP, CIMAR).
