Job summary

Medical Imaging Partnership seeks a proactive Call Handler / PACS Administrator to support imaging workflows and patient queries. You will act as the first contact for patients, referrers and internal teams while handling PACS administration within Intelerad, ensuring accurate study management and timely data availability for reporting.

The role combines call handling with PACS tasks, requiring strong attention to detail and good communication across patient-facing and technical admin processes.

• Excellent communication and telephone handling capabilities.
• Good IT and systems administration skills.
• Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient and referrer enquiries by phone and email.
• Book, amend, and cancel appointments across modalities.
• Process referrals in line with vetting and scheduling procedures.
• Manage urgent referrals and escalations as needed.
• Send confirmations, reminders and follow-up communications.
• Record changes and cancellations accurately in systems.
