Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) seeks a Band 4 Administrative professional to support the Hive EPR and digital enablement journey at Trafford House/Oxford Road, Manchester. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with some on-call duties.

You will work within the digital team to drive governance, data capture, and system administration tasks, contributing to a large national programme while ensuring high-quality patient data handling on-site in a busy NHS environment.

Qualifications

• General Education to GCSE standard or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of further development.
• NVQ4 or additional training to diploma level equivalent

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily checks and system administration by junior PACS/Order Comms staff.
• Monitor and manage own designated workload.
• Coordinate leave and cross-cover with colleagues to maintain service continuity.
