Qualifications

• IT-savvy professional with healthcare or clinical environment experience.
• Experience with imaging systems such as PACS or RIS.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced service.
• Clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for imaging system queries, incidents, and service requests; triaging and resolving issues to achieve first-time fixes.
• Provide first-line support for PACS, RIS, and associated imaging systems and equipment.
• Support upload, download, and transfer of patient imaging across systems (PACS, IEP, CIMAR).
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data protection and confidentiality standards.
• Manage and prioritise incidents, service requests, and system maintenance tasks.
• Liaise with clinicians, radiographers, and administrative teams to support efficient patient pathways.
• Support implementation of new systems, technologies, and improved ways of working.
• Assist with reporting, communications, and urgent clinician/patient requests; escalate as needed.
• Contribute to audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
