This is an outstanding opportunity for Packaging Sales Professionals to earn the Financial Recognition that they deserve with a Client offering a Sales based, ‘open ended’, monthly paid commission structure. The territory will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location – our Client wishes to make multiple appointments within the UK in order to cut down on travel time / the need for overnight stays. The company prides itself in providing value added products and therefore the sales process is one of a Consultative sell, by creating Need and demonstrating Value.

Responsibilities
  • Sell to Packaging Merchants or End Users of Packaging in a field sales capacity.
  • Engage in a consultative selling process, create need, and demonstrate value of products.
  • Operate in a self-driven, autonomous role with training provided by the client.
  • Support customers with knowledge of packaging products and related equipment, including work with packaging machinery.
  • Travel across the UK to establish multiple appointments and minimize travel time where possible.
Requirements
  • Experience in packaging product sales, either with packaging manufacturers or packaging merchants, and desire to move away from price-driven, low-margin commodity sales.
  • Self-starter with field sales experience and ability to work autonomously.
  • Knowledge of transit/protective/industrial packaging is advantageous but not required.
