Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join their customer services team in West Bromwich. The role focuses on managing customer data, processing orders and quotations, and acting as the main contact for clients on site.

You will work with the external sales team, raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Excellent English communication and strong time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience inputting orders and quotations.
• Able to deal with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Experience in corrugated or packaging industry preferred.
• Strong communication in English.
• Capable of working on own initiative and in a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer information using Abaca.
• Process sales orders and quotations; be contact for customers.
• Provide prompt customer service via email, phone or on-site.
• Provide customer order updates and handle feedback.
• Support external sales team.
• Raising purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
• Ensure timely completion of admin duties; cover sickness/holidays.
