KRG Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join the customer services team in West Bromwich (West Midlands). The role focuses on managing customer data, processing sales orders and quotations, and acting as the main contact for clients on site.

You will update records in the Abaca system, respond to inquiries by email or phone, raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and support the external sales team.

Competenze

• Experience inputting orders and quotations.
• Experience dealing with customers and providing quotations.
• Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Manage and update customer information using Abaca to ensure data accuracy.
• Process sales orders, quotations and be the point of contact for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service via email, telephone or on-site.
• Update customer orders and gather development feedback.
• Support the external sales team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
• Ensure timely completion of all admin duties per policies.
• Cover colleagues during sickness or holidays as needed.
