Job summary

Future Recruitment Ltd. in the West Midlands is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to support the external sales team, manage a portfolio of customers and handle enquiries from order intake to delivery. You will liaise with suppliers, monitor deliveries and contribute to excellent customer service.

The role offers a pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus a benefits package. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a focus on building strong client relationships and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales and customer service.
• Able to manage a portfolio of existing customers.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Stock control and delivery monitoring experience.
• Experience using Abaca is advantageous.

Responsibilities

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Our client is a market leading Sheet plant and packaging materials supplier based in the West Midlands, the company is progressive and forward thinking and provides their customer based with a bespoke packaging solution.

They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Office Coordinator to provide excellent customer services to their existing and new customers.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Internal sales and support for external sales team
• Account managing a portfolio of existing customers
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Handing customer queries and taking down their requirements
• Monitoring and achieving delivery requirements through production meetings.
• Responsible for stock control
• Ensuring excellent standard of service & high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
• Take enquiries for estimating / samples ensuring all customer requirements are met and understood
• Communicate any customer requirements to other departments
• Cross selling additional through customer services
• Experience using Abaca would be a distinct advantage
