Inspection Operators – Swindon (Short‑Term Contract)

We’re urgently recruiting Inspection Operators to join our client in Swindon for a short‑term assignment. This role involves 12‑hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotation. Both day and night shifts are available.

• Visually inspect packaging for defects (dents, broken/missing tablets, seal issues, etc.)
• Remove defective units and report findings to the shift supervisor
• Keep the inspection area clean and organised
• Check batch details including lot numbers and expiry dates
• Assist with changeovers between product batches when required
• Escalate any issues to supervisors or QA
• Follow GMP standards and site safety protocols
