The Role

• Lead packaging strategy, ensuring all operations meet customer, legal and quality standards
• Manage packaging suppliers, compliance, regulations and customer technical relationships
• Support new product launches, audits, site visits and continuous improvement projects
• Drive environmental performance by reducing waste and improving packaging efficiency

The Person

• Experience in packaging operations, food manufacturing, technical or quality functions
• Strong knowledge of GMP, BRCGS, HACCP and retailer Codes of Practice
• Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure
• Professional, organised and confident working with both internal teams and customers
