BMW Group UK, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood, Ownership Services Regional Dealer Support – Placement Year (July 2027), invites motivated students to learn by doing from day one and take on their own responsibilities within the team.

As an intern you will support customer retention, analyse dealer performance, and help develop business plans and quarterly action plans while promoting Extended Warranty, Service Inclusive, Parts and Customer Pay programmes.

Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, Ownership Services Regional Dealer Support - Placement Year (July 2027)

We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Regional Ownership Services Dealer Support team. This internship will provide valuable experience in customer retention, dealer performance monitoring, and sales initiatives. The intern will work closely with the team to help enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth within our dealer and authorised service workshop network.

What awaits you?

• Support customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction initiatives, helping to drive growth through enhanced ownership experiences and targeted service strategies.
• Analyse dealer performance using customer satisfaction, retention, warranty, and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement actions.
• Develop and support dealer business plans, target setting, performance reviews, and quarterly action plans, sharing best practice to improve results.
• Promote and support sales growth across Extended Warranty, Service Inclusive, Parts, Accessories, and Customer Pay programmes through dealer engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Assess dealer capability and training requirements, ensuring effective completion of technical and non-technical development plans and supporting new dealer onboarding.
• Collaborate with regional teams, dealers, and authorised workshop partners to implement business improvements, resolve customer issues, and deliver ownership services objectives.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including a good understanding of Microsoft excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
