You will work with regional teams to develop dealer plans, monitor performance, and help implement improvements that enhance ownership experiences while learning from senior professionals in a luxury

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction initiatives, helping to drive growth through enhanced ownership experiences and targeted service strategies.
• Analyse dealer performance using customer satisfaction, retention, warranty, and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement actions.
• Develop and support dealer business plans, target setting, performance reviews, and quarterly action plans, sharing best practice to improve results.
• Promote and support sales growth across Extended Warranty, Service Inclusive, Parts, Accessories, and Customer Pay programmes through dealer engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Assess dealer capability and training requirements, ensuring effective completion of development plans and onboarding.
• Collaborate with regional teams, dealers, and authorised workshop partners to implement business improvements and deliver ownership services objectives.
