Job summary

Haven in Exmouth is seeking an Owner Events Coordinator to deliver engaging events for Holiday Home Owners on park. You will plan and run a calendar of activities while building strong owner relationships to boost loyalty and satisfaction.

You'll coordinate with park teams to manage event logistics, ensure safety compliance, and provide a welcoming, owner-first experience. Weekend, evening and holiday work are required, with full-time permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating events and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities with multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an owner-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexibly including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver a calendar of events for Holiday Home Owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and address needs promptly.
• Coordinate communication and engagement with owners, from welcome to updates.
• Manage event logistics with park leadership while ensuring H&S compliance.
• Analyse owner feedback to continuously improve ownership experience.
