Job summary

Away Resorts at Tattershall Lakes is seeking an enthusiastic Owner Experience Manager to champion homeowners’ experiences and oversee the ownership journey. You will lead the homeowner experience on park, coordinating handovers, aftersales, and ongoing support to deliver exceptional service.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Owners, you’ll build strong relationships, drive improvements with maintenance and contractors, and ensure every homeowner feels valued while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple departments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the homeowner experience on park from handover through aftersales and ownership.
• Build trusted relationships with homeowners and act as main point of contact.
• Coordinate with maintenance, manufacturers and contractors to resolve issues quickly.
• Drive continuous improvement in homeowner services and communication.
