The Northern Advisory Council for Further Education in Belfast is expanding and recruiting community care staff for an overnight rota, scheduled from 20:00 to 08:00. No prior qualifications or experience are necessary as NWCare provides comprehensive training through its in-house department.
Applicants will be expected to commit to work every other weekend and must possess a full driving license with access to a motor vehicle. The position offers various incentives such as paid shadowing, flexible hours, and career progression opportunities.
We are expanding our service in Belfast and are recruiting community care staff for an overnight rota. The hours are 20.00 - 08.00.
No qualifications or experience is necessary as NWCare will provide full training for the role in their in‑house training department.
We work a 4/3 rota - week one Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday and week two - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You will be committing to work every other weekend.
