NWCare Northern Ireland is seeking Home Care Assistants/Community Care Workers to support a bespoke care package in clients' homes. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts are available, with flexible full‑time and part‑time rotas.

Training is provided and Enhanced AccessNI is required. The role offers paid training, ongoing online learning, and opportunities for internal progression within a trusted, established care provider.

We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants/Community Care Workers for a bespoke care package in the home of a Service User. We have morning, afternoon and evening rotas available. Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. This role is suitable for non-drivers

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas.

Our mornings are 07:00 - 14:30, afternoons 15:00 - 18:30 and evening rotas are from 19:00 - 23:00

Any or all of these rotas may be worked. The evening rotas especially suit busy mums with no childcare through the day and students.

Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate
