NWCare in Northern Ireland is seeking Home Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Belfast. You will help with daily living tasks, ensuring safety, comfort and well-being. Full training will be provided, and you must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Job Overview
Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes , ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users' needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. These positions offer an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your efforts directly enhance the quality of life for those in your care.

We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants across Belfast. We have morning, afternoon and evening rotas available across the city. Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas.

Our mornings are 07:00 - 14:30, afternoons 15:00 - 18:30 and evening rotas are from 19:00 - 23:00

Any or all of these rotas may be worked. The evening rotas especially suit busy mums with no childcare through the day and students.

Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We also have overnight rotas from 23:00 - 07:00

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided
