Job Overview

Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users' needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. NWCare is one of N Ireland's leading health care agencies, serving the community for well over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants for West Belfast. We have evening (19:00 – 23:00) rotas available.

Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. The evening rotas especially suit busy mums with no childcare through the day and students.

Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate.

Work Patterns

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We also have overnight rotas from 23:00 to 07:00.
