Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking Night Support Workers to join our team and help young people regain stability during the night. You will be part of a caring team providing safety, comfort and guidance in our residential homes.

The role offers a 4-week induction in our Care Academy, 7 weeks of holiday and a comprehensive benefits package. A UK driving licence for at least 12 months is preferred, and training is provided for those without a Level 3 Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Support young people in night-time care, providing comfort and safety.
• Complete night-time paperwork, cleaning and laundry as needed.
• Build rapport and trust with residents during night shifts.
• Contribute to a positive, safe and supportive home environment.
