Witherslack Group is seeking Night Support Workers to help young people in our homes through the night, supporting their wellbeing and safety. You’ll build trust, respond to emotional needs, and enable positive routines that support long-term outcomes.

Join our Care Academy for four weeks of off-the-job training, with a clear path to progression, substantial holiday allowance, and a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

Competenze

• No prior experience required; willingness to train and support young people.
• Must have a full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Study support available for Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if needed.

Mansioni

• Overnight care for children/young people, respond to trauma and provide support as needed.
• Carry out duties around the home such as paperwork, cleaning and laundry.
