McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep our restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained, ensuring a great customer experience. You will work as part of a supportive team and handle a varied range of maintenance tasks across the site.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. Roles include inspections, simple repairs, coordinating with managers and external contractors, and supporting overnight shifts to ensure readiness for service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work across weekdays and weekends.
• Comfort with shift work including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior to maintain cleanliness, safety and function.
• Carry out maintenance tasks such as landscaping, painting, repairs.
• Receive, rotate and organise deliveries to support freshness.
• Coordinate with management and external contractors for timely repairs.
• Keep equipment and facilities in prime working condition.
• Follow all safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
