Job summary
McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep our restaurant clean, safe and well-maintained, enabling consistent delivery of quality food and friendly service. The role requires availability for shifts across weekdays and weekends, including early mornings, afternoons and evenings.
No experience is required as full training will be provided, and you’ll work as part of a supportive team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and functionality across interior and exterior areas.
- Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, varnishing, and minor non-electrical repairs.
- Manage parking facilities to keep a safe, welcoming environment.
- Receive and rotate food deliveries to support freshness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management and external contractors to resolve issues promptly.
- Keep equipment and facilities in prime working condition, following training and guidelines.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene and operational procedures; treat customers and colleagues with courtesy.
