Responsibilities

• Inspect the restaurant’s interior and exterior to ensure cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, varnishing, and minor non-electrical repairs.
• Maintain and monitor parking facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Organise, receive, and rotate food deliveries to support freshness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely repairs with minimal disruption to operations.
• Support the overall functionality of the restaurant by keeping equipment and facilities in prime working condition.
• Complete tasks in line with training and company guidelines.
• Follow all workplace safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
• Work as a supportive team member and contribute to a positive environment.
