Job summary

McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep our restaurant clean, safe and well-maintained, ensuring smooth daily operations and a great guest experience.

You’ll undertake a range of maintenance tasks, liaise with management and external contractors, and contribute to a welcoming environment for customers and crew. Full training is provided, with shifts including weekdays and weekends across mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Availability to work shifts across weekdays and weekends.
• Able to work early mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior to ensure cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, varnishing and minor repairs.
• Maintain and monitor parking facilities for safety and welcome.
• Organise, receive and rotate food deliveries to support freshness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors for timely repairs with minimal disruption.
