Job summary

McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep our restaurant clean, safe and well-maintained. You’ll support daily upkeep, carry out maintenance tasks, and work with the team to ensure a great guest experience.

No experience is required as full training will be provided. You must be available to work shifts across weekdays and weekends, including early mornings, afternoons and evenings, and you will join a respectful, customer‑focused team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior to ensure cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, varnishing, and minor repairs.
• Maintain and monitor parking facilities to keep a safe, welcoming environment.
• Organise, receive, and rotate deliveries to support freshness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely repairs.
• Support the restaurant by keeping equipment and facilities in prime condition.
• Follow training and company guidelines; uphold safety, hygiene and operations.
