Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior to meet high cleanliness, safety and functionality standards.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting and minor repairs.
• Maintain and monitor parking to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Organise and receive deliveries to support freshness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors for timely repairs with minimal disruption.
• Keep equipment and facilities in prime working condition.
• Follow training and company guidelines on safety and procedures.
• Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
