Job summary

McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Person to support daily restaurant upkeep, safety, and cleanliness. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks, coordinate with contractors, and help maintain a welcoming environment for customers and crew.

This role requires flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends, including evenings, with full training provided. As part of the restaurant team, you will contribute to high standards of service, collaborate with management, and help

Responsibilities

Inspect the restaurant interior and exterior for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Carry out maintenance tasks such as landscaping, painting, and minor repairs.
Maintain and monitor parking areas to keep a safe, welcoming environment.
Receive and rotate deliveries to support freshness and efficiency.
Coordinate with external contractors for timely repairs without disruption.
Follow training and company guidelines for all tasks.
Uphold safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
