Best Western Glasgow Hotel is seeking a Night Porter to support overnight operations. You will welcome late arrivals, assist with check-ins, conduct security patrols, monitor CCTV, handle guest enquiries, and help with early‑morning preparations.

You will work independently during night shifts (11pm–7am), keep lobby and public areas clean, assist with basic night audit tasks, ensure doors and exits are secure, and respond calmly to any incident or emergency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to late arrivals and assist with check-ins.
• Conduct regular security and safety patrols across all floors, exits, and external areas.
• Monitor CCTV and report any incidents or unusual activity.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, corridors, and public areas during quiet periods.
• Support night audit tasks, including basic administrative duties.
• Prepare early‑morning setups (breakfast area, reception desk, handover notes).
• Ensure all doors, fire exits, and back‑of‑house areas are secure.
• Assist with emergency procedures when required.
