Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Night Porter to cover the 11pm–7am shift, ensuring security, smooth night operations and high levels of guest service.

You will oversee night desk duties, set up function rooms for events, store furniture and equipment, and assist guests with food and beverage needs. You may help the cleaning, bar and reception teams or act as duty manager when required; prior hotel night experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous night experience in a hotel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night desk and ensure smooth operations from 23:00 to 07:00.
• Oversee security and end-of-day procedures.
• Set up function rooms for events and store furniture/equipment.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs throughout the night.
• Produce audit reports and maintain high security standards.
• Interact with guests to exceed expectations and assist cleaning, bar and reception teams or act as duty manager when required.
