Job summary

ARC is seeking a night front desk team member for our Lingfield hotel. You’ll warmly welcome guests, manage overnight check-ins/outs, handle enquiries, support night audits, and maintain accurate admin. You’ll also act on guest feedback, perform regular safety checks, and keep daily records up to date. DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel front office role (night shift preferred).
• Comfortable using hotel systems – Opera experience is a plus.
• A great communicator who is calm, professional, and approachable.
• Dependable, open, and happy to work independently overnight.
• A team player who supports colleagues and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to guests during the night shift.
• Managing overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries.
• Supporting night audit procedures and completing admin tasks accurately.
• Handling guest feedback or concerns and ensuring follow-up is completed.
• Conducting regular safety and floor checks.
• Keeping the handover log and daily records up to date.
• Following all current procedures and new company updates.
