Your Requirements:

As anOvernight Floor Managerwe would love you to have:

• Experience working as a Overnight Floor Managerin a similar fast-paced environment which will be tested at trial/interview stage
• Excellent English language communication skills are required
• The ability to lead team by example and promote team work
• Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
• Deep respect for diversity and individuality
• Take full ownership in your role, fostering entrepreneurial spirit and celebrate initiative-taking
• The ability to maintain set processes and standards
