You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, develop staff, ensure standards, and maintain strong relationships with guests and suppliers. The role requires at least 7 years of hospitality experience with 4 years in management and a Personal Licence.

Your Responsibilities:

As Assistant General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and commercial success.

You will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive sales growth, achieve financial targets, develop team members, and maintain the highest standards across all aspects of the business. Building strong relationships with guests, employees, and suppliers will be key to your success in this role.
