Responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions about the menu, selling food and drinks, processing payments, and communicating orders with the kitchen. A hospitable demeanour and the ability to work overnight are essential.

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous night-shift experience.
• Good English communication and flexible availability.

Your Requirements:

The Overnight Waiter/Waitress’s primary responsibilities are to exemplify uncompromising hospitality with courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The Overnight Waiter/Waitress takes orders, answers questions about the menu, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, and communicates orders with the kitchen staff while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanour

As a Overnight Waiter/Waitress we would love you to have:

• Experience working as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar fast-paced environment which will be tested at trial/interview stage
• Previous experience of working through the night
• Good English language communication skills are required
• Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
• Deep respect for diversity and individuality
• The ability to maintain set processes and standards
