Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an Over 55's Complex Manager in Penge. The role involves managing access for residents, contractors and visitors, acting as a key-holder, and ensuring security of communal areas.

You will be the first point of contact for residents and work with internal teams to deliver housing services. The ideal candidate will have facilities management experience, strong IT skills, and excellent time management.
