Clarion Housing Group is seeking a LiveSmart Manager to support residents in our Over 55s schemes. You will manage building access for residents, contractors and visitors, and be a key-holder ensuring the safety of communal areas. The role requires excellent customer care and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to deliver services.

You will work 18 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a fixed-term contract ending 28 October 2027. Some regional travel may be required.

Location: Penge - Burmarsh Court

Salary: £27,706 - £35,836 per annum (Pro rata'd £13,853 per annum)

Hours: 18 hours per week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract ending 28th October 2027

This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025.

We’re looking for someone with good customer care skills to provide a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55’s Housing schemes. You’ll be required to manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, and be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities. As the first point of contact for our residents, you’ll have excellent communication skills, and capable of working with other internal teams to deliver services to residents so they can enjoy their homes and the wider facilities provided.

You must be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies. With excellent time management skills you’ll be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, whilst delivering excellent services to our customers.

You’ll preferably have previous experience in Facilities Management and have working knowledge and understanding of the housing/building management sector, with good IT skills on a range of systems to support this.
