Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a friendly receptionist to cover predominantly the Out Patient Clinic at Laureate House, with potential to work at other locations across the Trust.

The post holder will meet and greet patients and staff, handle telephone contacts, update the EPR system, arrange appointments and provide general administrative support to the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients and clinical and clerical staff.
• Be the first line of telephone contact for service users, carers and relatives.
• Receive referrals, arrange appointments and update the EPR system.
• Record messages accurately for team members and transfer calls professionally.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team and carry out general clerical duties.
