Job summary

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in St Albans invites applications for a Band 3 Booking and Request List Scheduler in Outpatients. This full-time post is 37.5 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract with flexible working.

The successful candidate will schedule appointments on Cerner and ERS, prioritise by triage, maintain confidentiality, and compile ERS/Cerner reports into a service-level summary with support from the Outpatient Booking and Request List Manager.

Qualifications

• Good general education and basic IT proficiency.
• Experience with patient administration systems is desirable.
• Excellent communication and data handling abilities.
