Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments.
• Coordinate availability of rooms and consultants.
• Create, alter or cancel clinics to support business needs.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports for the department.
• Provide a friendly, efficient service via face-to-face, phone and email channels.
