Job summary

The Clancy Group Limited is seeking a Smart Water Meter Technician to upgrade existing meters to our new smart meters so customers can see how and when their water is used. You will drive to customer sites, work outdoors and use the latest technology to connect meters to the closest mast, while explaining how the smart meter works.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade existing meters to smart meters for Anglian Water customers.
• Explain how the new smart meters work to customers.
• Drive to customer sites and perform outdoor installations using the latest technology to link meters to the nearest mast.
