A media and entertainment company is seeking an Outdoor Campaign Preparation Executive to support customer campaigns. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, managing campaign deliveries, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. The Commercial Outdoor Operations team is at the heart of the business and our priority is to drive improvements, so we deliver excellent standards of customer service that exceed our customer’s expectations. You’ll be working in a fast-paced team, focused on working with sales and delivery operations to successfully book and deliver customers’ campaigns.
An Outdoor Campaign Preparation Exec plays a key role in delivering customer support to both external customers and internal partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role focuses on efficiently assigning and producing customer campaigns, ensuring they are processed promptly, accurately, and to a high standard. As an Outdoor Campaign Preparation Exec, you will manage the allocation and printing of campaigns for clients and are responsible for gathering all information required for successful campaign delivery. It is vital you have strong attention to detail and passion for getting things finished.
