Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and organised Outbound Telesales Coordinator to join our growing Business Development team, working for a leading UK Facilities Management company. You’ll generate new business and develop relationships with prospective customers through proactive outbound calling.

As an Outbound Telesales Coordinator, you will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, identify new sales opportunities, arrange appointments and follow up on sales

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound telesales or cold calling.
• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Comfortable managing high volume of calls and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
• Identify new opportunities and book qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Work toward agreed call, lead generation and sales targets.
