Job summary

Key Appointments is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our Leeds office (LS11). This full-time role offers a £30,000 basic salary with realistic OTE around £35,000+, with office-based work Monday to Friday and potential hybrid after probation.

You will make outbound calls, qualify prospects, book appointments, and maintain CRM data while working with a small, friendly team who value quality over volume.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people.
• Proactive, self-motivated and organised.
• Able to handle objections and keep conversations productive.
• Good attention to detail when managing data and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses across a range of sectors.
• Introduce services, build interest and create opportunities.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and mailers.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for the wider team.
• Maintain and cleanse CRM data for accuracy.
• Diarising follow-ups and managing your own pipeline.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with potential clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities.
• Contributing ideas to improve campaigns and outreach.
