Netbox-Recruitment-Limited is recruiting for a sales role in Ashford, Kent. The position runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm, offering a salary of GBP27,000–GBP36,000 per annum plus uncapped commission and clear progression into field sales with ongoing training.

You’ll start with outbound calls and appointment setting, then progress to running your own sales calls and meeting customers face-to-face. Full training, coaching and a supportive team help develop your skills over 12–18 months.

Formación

• Experience in outbound sales or telesales is beneficial.
• Ability to manage CRM records accurately and follow up with prospects.

Responsabilidades

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective business customers.
• Book quality appointments for the sales team.
• Learn the software, products and solutions being sold.
• Develop sales skills through real customer conversations.
• Understand customer challenges and identify sales opportunities.
• Keep CRM records accurate and follow up with prospects.
• Take part in daily coaching, call reviews and ongoing sales training.
• Route into field sales is the progression path.
