Job summary

Insight Select Limited are recruiting a Sales Representative to join their team in Swanley, Kent. This permanent, office-based role involves making outbound calls, generating leads and booking appointments while working toward sales targets.

Full training is provided to help you develop relationships with businesses, promote services and maintain accurate records. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a basic salary of £28,000–£30,000 and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and resilient attitude.
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving results and earning commission.
• Previous telesales, lead generation, appointment-setting or customer-facing experience would be advantageous.
• Competent IT user with good administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses to identify sales opportunities and key decision-makers
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the wider sales team
• Promote the company's services prospective customers
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and identify their requirements
• Follow structured sales processes and scripts, with full training provided
• Work towards appointment, KPI and sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates within systems
