Job summary

Netbox Recruitment is hiring a Sales Appointment Setter in Ashford, Kent. The role is permanent, full-time with a 9:00am-5:30pm pattern and 27k-30k basic plus uncapped commission. You will be the first point of contact, opening genuine conversations and setting meetings that turn into business.

You will work in a high-volume outbound environment, target-driven, with regular coaching to develop consultative selling skills and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in outbound B2B role (cold calling, appointment setting or lead gen).
• Strong work ethic, energy, and consistency on the phone.
• Resilience to handle rejection and keep going.
• Confident, clear telephone manner with real conversations, not scripts.
• Curiosity and listening skills; ask multiple questions.
• Comfortable working to targets in a coached environment.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients.
• Listen for client challenges before introducing any product.
• Quantify the prospect's current position using measurable data.
• Book quality meetings and well-prepared callbacks.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Participate in regular call reviews and coaching to improve quickly.
• Complete regular product knowledge sessions to discuss solutions confidently.
• Maintain pace, energy and consistency throughout the day.
