If you are a confident communicator, interested in people and building relationships? If you are, then a Sales Career maybe something to consider.

We are K3 Capital Group. We employ over 1,200 staff, across 20 UK locations as well as having presence in Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands and Dubai. We operate mainly within the Professional Services field – namely within M&A, Tax, Restructuring, Insolvency and Technology, predominately supporting Small to Medium sized businesses. One of our businesses – Knightsbridge Business Sales – is growing and keen to talk to individuals looking for an exciting and highly rewarding career in sales. Knightsbridge is one our original businesses (HQ in Bolton) – established over 20 years now, and well-known and highly regarded locally and within the Business Sales sector (we are proud to be #1 in the UK and #3 in Europe!). We work mainly with small businesses all over the UK, reaching out to Business Owners to discuss the possibility of selling their Company – typical deal sizes range from £100k - £3m.

The role

This is where your amazing future begins…. Our structured Sales Training Programme has been designed to give you an immersive experience. As well as receiving great training and support, you’ll work alongside and learn from some of the most respected professionals in their field. Through coaching, mentoring, and on-going training, you will develop the necessary skills to leverage a toolbox of experiences, capabilities, and leadership competencies for success and growth.

We will give you the chance to apply critical thinking, innovative problem solving, and creative solutions within a collaborative team environment. As part of the team, you’ll address a current company challenge or opportunity to deliver direct value to our business.

We appreciate you may not have any prior Sales experience, however if you are an ambitious, confident, tenacious person who enjoys variety and thrives within a fast paced, dynamic environment, this would be for you.

Typical Day

Our Outbound Sales Executives play a pivotal part in the success of our business. Your role will involve generating leads through outbound B2B (business to business) calls, directly connecting with small business Company Owners. Your knack for building relationships and fostering rapport will shine as you discuss the possibility of selling their business.

  • Based at our professional, state of the art offices in central Bolton.
  • Working from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system, where all our leads are stored.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients (over the phone). Understanding a little more about what this Company does, if they have heard of Knightsbridge and of not, telling them more about who we are and what we do. The objective being to explain our services and discover whether the Client has ever thought about selling their business or an exit plan of any description.
  • Arranging appointments for Corporate Directors once a Business Owner expresses interest in taking the conversation further.
  • Deliver top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
  • You will be working towards a monthly set target (from your first day, your targets will be set, starting out with just one or 2 and building to a minimum of 10 appointments booked per month). Bonus is based on hitting your target and paid monthly (typical bonus could range from £300 - £2,000 per month – with our uncapped commission structure).

Training Programme

We provide full training for the 1 st week you are with us. This is a classroom style programme, run by our lovely Trainers Rose and Adam – in this training you will learn everything about Knightsbridge as well as the wider K3 Capital Group. Specific topics covered include:

  • Pitching (different techniques, how to write a successful script)
  • Objection Handling (how to overcome obstacles – how to turn a situation around)
  • Overcoming Gatekeepers (how to speak directly to the Decision Maker / Business Owner)
  • Call Listening – to understand the flow of a call and what obstacles you have come up against
  • Understanding our CRM System and RingCentral (our telephone system)
  • Role Play – this will happen at the end of your 1 st week – where a mock call will be set up, to give you an idea of what a call could sound like – giving you an insight into what this may look like in reality, without the pressure of this being a Real Client!

Application process

Our interview process is very easy – you will have a brief Screening Call with one of our friendly Recruiters and on the back of this, will be invited to a in person interview with our lovely Sales Director. We have a number of start dates planned (June through to Sept 2025).
