Social Media Manager: (Islamic Digital Marketing Agency, Remote within the UK)

Location: Remote within UK with travel to Bradford for meetings

Civitas Recruitment is excited to partner with a creative digital marketing agency specializing in the third sector and values-based organizations. They have successfully increased donations and website traffic for charities through impactful strategies and campaigns. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and implement innovative social media strategies, with a focus on TikTok, to engage online communities and foster brand loyalty. This is a full-time, permanent role based at home in the UK, with bi-weekly meetings in Bradford.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of social media experience, preferably within an agency or in-house at a brand. Candidates should be passionate TikTok enthusiasts, knowledgeable about platform trends, storytelling, and viral marketing. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content strategies is essential. Experience with short-form video content creation and editing tools like Cap Cut is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a passion for culturally inclusive marketing, especially engaging diverse communities including the Muslim community, are important.
