Job summary

Eileen Richards Recruitment is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive for Birmingham. You will proactively contact prospective customers by phone, generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

The role requires confident outbound calling, a consultative approach, and the ability to close deals while maintaining CRM records and hitting KPIs. You will join a supportive team in a modern office with uncapped commission and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, business development, telesales or lead generation.
• Confident making proactive sales calls and building rapport quickly.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, resilient and self-motivated.
• Commercially aware with a consultative sales approach.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
